摘要：Defendant/Appellant Shannon S. Wilkins
(Father) appeals the trial court’s November 9,
2006 denial of his motion for new trial or, in the
alternative, to correct, open, modify, or vacate
the trial court’s earlier order granting primary
physical custody of M.W. (Child) to Plaintiff/
Appellee Cynthia Stonebarger (Mother). Finding
no abuse of discretion, we affirm the trial
court’s ruling.
