摘要：Clyde Vallion, Defendant/Appellant,
appeals from the trial court’s grant of summary
judgment in favor of Plaintiff/Appellee,
National American Insurance Company (Insurance
Company), in Insurance Company’s
declaratory judgment action. For the reasons
set forth below, we affirm the judgment of the
trial court.
