摘要：In this action for breach of insurance contract
and bad faith, David Allen Miller appeals
from the Trial Court’s order that summarily
adjudicated his bad faith claim in favor of
insurer Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company.
1 Based on our review of the record on
appeal and applicable law, we reverse and
remand for further proceedings.
