摘要：Chad Gottfried appeals a trial court order
which terminated his parental rights to L.D.B.
Because we agree that the trial court erred in
relying upon a “settlement agreement” without
either the execution by Gottfried of a permanent
voluntary relinquishment or a determination
that other statutory grounds existed
for terminating his parental rights, we reverse
the trial court’s order and remand the case for
further proceedings.
