(Embry) appeals two orders granting partial
summary judgment to the defendants, Innovative
Aftermarket Systems, L.P. a/k/a IAS L.P.
f/k/a Innovative Aftermarket Systems, Inc.
f/k/a IAS, Inc. (IAS), Twin City Fire Insurance
Company (Twin City), and Hartford Fire Insurance
Company (Hartford). These two rulings,
together with Embry¡¯s dismissal of his remaining
claim, result in final disposition of the case.
This appeal proceeds under the accelerated
appeal provisions of Okla. Sup. Ct. R. 1.36.
