摘要：In this section, we analyze the various arguments for protection, from the clearly fallacious
ones to those that seem to make some economic sense. In recent years, economists have developed
several theories have been confirmed. Finally, protection seems to be more easily obtained by those
industries that compete with products from developing countries because these countries have less
economic and political power than industrial countries to successfully resist trade restrictions against
their exports.
