摘要：This article treat the competition policy in the European Union, showing which agreements
between firms and which state′s aids are forbidden because they destroy the competition.. The
European Commission has almost all the application ′s powers of the competition in the European
Union′s rules.
Also, this aticle present the control proceedings of giving state′s aids.
