摘要：The tourist resources with which our country has been blesses must be, as any
other resources type, lastingly administered in order to avoid draining them as a consequence of a
bad management. Under the conditions of the present decentralization tendencies, the accent must
be put on the regional tourist development, which has proved the efficiency at European level.
