摘要：The alignment of the Romanian credit institutions to the new rules introduced
by Basel II is necessary in the conditions when the risk management represent a new challenge
of the Romanian banking system. The efforts for integration of our country to the European
Union means the alignment of the financial banking institutions to the normative adopted in
the united European area. With intention of being more compatible with the European
structures, the introduction of these reglementation became a natural obligation.
