摘要：The paper tackles the problem of credit for investments using two main criteria: the criteria
of access at the credit using working capital as a indicator which allows the access by commercial
firms of this kind of banking product and the criteria of limited access at the credit for establishing
the value of the banking product with the help of debt indicators.
In the ending are conclusions regarding the evolution of this banking product on the basis of
dates from Romania and Bihor district.
