摘要：For realizing this comparative analysis were used six criteria: the credit destination, the
documentation needed for obtaining the credit, the duration, the credit’s value, the necessary
guarantees and the interest.In the ending are conclusions regarding the particularities of this kind of
credit in Romanian market.
