摘要：Nowadays, in Romania and on the international scale, economic development and
sustainable economic development, in particular, implies a continuous increase of the investment
rate (effort). Development means to heighten in one way or another the (technical) capital goods; to
create social, cultural or administrative edifices which would allow the enhancement of life quality
and/or social efficency of the activities deployed.
