摘要：Quality Management System (QMS) will significantly change the way many
organizations communicate from the top management to all staff and employees. The results
of the audit can be influenced by communication. The type of information that an auditor
needs to look for, is evidence of how the organization objectives are translated into specific
QMS objectives.
