摘要：This rugged social and business landscape that organizations will face today demands many
adaptations from worker, organizations, and governments. Our work anticipates important changes
while creating guideposts for understanding and implementing significant conceptual and behavioral
shifts to come. To gain the richest insights, we define work broadly to include more than the usual
paid work. Our analysis always includes a long-term, practical view to help companies understand
the impacts on their workplaces and workforces.
