摘要：International meat market between1999-2003 has had a fluctuated evolution. In all this
period pork and poultry meat market registered positive evolution owing to competitive prices and
consumer’s preferences for these assortments. On medium term for international market it is
foreseen a cyclic evolution, with equilibrium periods alternated with periods characterized through
supply excess and low prices.
