摘要：Today there is necessity of developing modern informative ethic codexes.
They include privacy, accuracy, ownership and access to information. Informative systems
affect on the change of the organizational structure and its activities.
Informative systems contain a large number of components on several locations and
are therefore exposed to danger of negative influences (Intentional and unintentional).
Therefore their protection which is necessary is possible with the development of controlling
strategies.
