摘要：In ’90 and the last years, expert systems were conceived in the medical field and in
other activity fields that are currently applied in practical and they are success systems. The general
characteristic of the mostly of them is that they address to a very narrow field, field in which they
excel, but the performances dramatically decrease when they are forced to some very special
situations. Practically it was proved that an expert system in the medical field that to cover a large
area from the field can be useful especially as a rough guide, instead the systems very specialized can
compete with experts in that field, but only on the narrow field that they were created.
