摘要：This article has as main focus to understand the relation of the concept culture in the leisure politics. We use as analysis procedure the theory of arguments consensuses habermasiana, for in such a way, methods, distinguished it culture in three fields: mass, popular and erudite. The leisure was approached to leave of these definitions, since it meets in the social relations. With the separation in determined fields, in types, it was possible to diagnosis the influence of the relation leisure and culture in the public politics, detaching that the same ones are restricted not them social necessities but in the maintenance of the power politician.
