Consumer protection is one of the most controversely contemporary issue, which became more important in our country in the postaccession period. Beginning with the Romanian integration in the European Union in our country is underlined the relationship between the producers and the consumers for all economical fields, activities that are covered by the Consumer Code. The present paper analyses the problems relating the protection of the bakery products consumer.
