摘要：In this study, the differentiation of the styles of self-esteem, decision-making and coping withstress of university students on decision-making according to some variables were examined andon what level self-esteem clarified the styles of self-esteem, decision-making and coping withstress on decision making was surveyed. The research was carried out with the studentsattending different faculties of Selcuk University and the sampling included 1141 students.Melbourne Decision-Making Scale, Inventory of Attitudes to Coping with Stress and SelfesteemScale were utilized in the research. t test, variance analysis, tukey test and regressionanalysis were statistically conducted.While there was no differentiation between the gender of the students and their styles ofdecision making and the self-esteem on decision making and also between class variable and theirdecision-making styles, it was seen that there was a differentiation between the variables forgender, class, the place where they spend most of their life and the high school they graduatedfrom and the styles of coping with stress. The research concluded that self-esteem significantlyclarified the decision self-esteem, the decision-making styles and the styles of coping with stress.
