摘要：In this study the problems of the studens coming from various cultures of different CentralAsian countries to study in Turkey with a bilateral agreement were determined all of which arelikely to be resulted from cultural and communicative differences.Than the solution have beentried to be established in eliminating the problems.The number of subjects participated for this study were 66 attending Türkish language atAnkara university TÖMER in the academic year of 2002-2003 as well as students who hadfinished this program before and already studying at Anadolu and Osmangazi universities inEskişehir.The qualitative data collection procedure was carried out through interviews and aquestionnaire designed by field experts. The data were analyzed by means of frequncy andsuggetions for problems were presented.
