摘要:Recently, a conversion has been observed from traditional office approach to modern officeswhere information based systems such as computer, photocopy machine, answer machine areused. Information based systems, in other words, office automation systems are the systemswhich change the conditions of works in stressful and busy office environment, motivate andincrease productivity of the staff by affecting their office lives positively. In this context, the mainpurpose of this study is “to determine the effects of office automation systems usage on theindividual performance of administrative personnel”. This study comprises administrativepersonnel of educational units in Selcuk University.
