摘要:Organizational support of employees is critical for maintaining a competitive advantage.Therefore, Human Resource Management practices (including, decentralization, interdisciplnaryteams, delegation of responsibility, employee empowerment etc.) are important and constituteone of the most strategically relevant resources. Empowerment, therefore, is commonlyconsidered a prerequisite for innovation. It also encourages the self-reliance and active problemsolving that spur individual innovation. This paper integrates research on social aspects ofemployee empowerment, organizational creativity and innovation. We suggest that employeeempowerment has a significiant impact on the organizational creativity and innovativeness
