摘要：This study aimed to compare university students’ points of attitude toward the Internet as totheir program and gender, and to investigate whether there was a correlation between students’attitude points of internet sub-scales. It was participated that a total of 444 pre-service teachersfrom faculty of education and pre-service accountant from four vocational high schools inErzincan University. The Scale of Internet Attitude (ITO) was used to collect data. The data thatwas obtained from ITO was analyzed using by t-test, ANOVA and correlation techniques.According to result of ANOVA, LSD test were employed to find the source of difference. Thereis not any difference as to gender between students’ internet attitudes, but points of sub scalefrom males about communication and anxiety was found higher than females. Sub scale points ofstudents except for anxiety were statistically different as to their institutes. There was found acorrelation between students’ points of sub scales.
