摘要:In this study, the relationship between teachers’ personal traits and organizational citizenshipbehaviour is examined. The relationship between organizational citizenship behavior andTeachers’ Personal Traits are examined by taking the factors such as the powerlessness of theteachers and organizational justice into account. A series of regression analyses are used toexplaining Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Significant relations are found betweenteachers’ personal traits and organizational citizenship dimensions
