摘要：This study aims to determine whether the SMEs show similarities in terms of their exportperformance, human capital and organizational capital or not. In this study, in order to collectdata, questionnaire by mail was used. Before the questionnaire was formed, a detailed literaturereview was done and in addition interviews with the managers of the SMEs that make exportwere conducted. The questionnaire was pre-tested on 20 SMEs. Through the application of thequestionnaire 245 useful questionnaires were collected. Non- hiererchical cluster analysis wasused to test the research hypothesis. As a result, it was found that the SMEs could be groupedunder three similar clusters that were export performance, human capital andorganizational/external capital.
