摘要：The pendulum has completely swung ¨C from
the restructuring of less than five years ago,
to aggressive hiring at major corporations
in Tokyo today. As the economy picks up, driven
primarily by export growth, Japanese and foreign
enterprises alike, most notably in the financial and
IT sectors, are scrambling to fill the yawning gaps.
Some experts say the increasing reliance on specialists
is giving rise to an explosion of recruitment
companies in an economy where lifetime employment
had for decades marginalized the business.
