摘要： Entendendo a inclusão enquanto um fenômeno social complexo e que depende essencialmente de planejamento e capacitação dos agentes envolvidos, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo estabelecer condições para que membros da comunidade de uma escola de ensino público fundamental apresentassem atitudes que tornassem o ambiente escolar inclusivo. Para isso foram programadas orientações técnicas para o coordenador pedagógico e para 16 professores durante os horários de HTPC (Hora de Trabalho Pedagógico Coletivo). Dos professores envolvidos, quatro tinham alunos com necessidades educativas especiais e, com eles, foram desenvolvidas ações em sala de aula envolvendo todos os alunos. Com os pais desses alunos foram apresentadas orientações durante as reuniões bimestrais. Os procedimentos utilizados para a implementação das ações foram reuniões para orientações técnicas e observação participante em sala de aula. Os principais resultados registrados estão relacionados à apresentação de atitudes menos segregatórias e mais inclusivas pelos membros da comunidade escolar. Os resultados reforçam a idéia da necessidade de planejamento escolar para que o processo de inclusão no ensino fundamental tenha possibilidades de sucesso. The inclusion of handicap people: inclusive practices implementation and educational planning aspects Abstract Taken the inclusion as a complex social phenomenon that essentially depends on both planning and capacitating of the involved agents, the present work had as its main objective the establishment of conditions that could allow the members of a public elementary school to present attitudes that could turn the school environment an inclusive one. In order to do this, technical orientations were planned and provided to the pedagogic coordinator and 16 teachers during the HTPC (Horário de Trabalho Pedagógico Coletivo Collective Pedagogic Work Time). Among the involved teachers, four had students that presented special educational needs, so that it was developed some actions to be taken in the classroom in order to involve all of the students in the class activities. In addition, during the parents meetings, which occur every two months, orientations were provided to the parents of the special needs students. The procedures used to implement the established actions were meetings for technical orientation and participating observations in the classroom. The main results are related to less segregating and more inclusive attitudes by the community school members. The results stress the idea that a school planning is necessary in order to increase the probability of success of the inclusion process in the elementary educational system.
