摘要：study of the relations which is possible to establish between two concepts that
present important similitudes, and at the same time, important differences. But
in a way or another, these similitudes and differences are intimately linked and
interact among them: leadership, more precisely «the transforming leadership»
and the «individual social capital». This article does not pretend at all, to
exhaust or to deepen intensively in the question. The survey tries to present
what is a thing and what is another and to show the relation between the two. An
on the other hand, this chapter pretends to show why the two elements are
important, as far as the development of the capacities and competitive
advantages are concerned, especially in social economic contexts, such the one
of the Basque Country. We neither pretend to be exhaustive in this aspect, but
only to establish an approach for possible more profound studies.
