摘要：It¡¯s no secret that Japan¡¯s recruitment industry is
booming. Skills shortages in accounting and finance,
IT, sales and marketing, and other fields have become
more acute as new regulations create the demand for new
skill sets. As both the population declines and the number
of retirees rises, employers cannot rely on either a fresh
stream of new recruits or internal knowledge transfer. In
this challenging economic and demographic environment,
recruitment firms are truly helping Japan¡¯s employers to
stay competitive and grow.
