摘要:In fiscal year 2005, state enterprises,
retained income totalled 143.2 billion baht,
down by 20.2 per cent from the previous
fiscal year. This decline was partly owing to
construction delay at Thailand Tobacco
Monopoly.s new plant, resulting in the
conversion of the planned construction
budget into income contribution to the
government instead. Moreover, parts of the
retained income of state enterprises, in
particular TOT Public Company Limited
and CAT Telecom Public Company Limited,
was transferred to the government in order
to prepare their balance sheets for the
process of initial public offering in the future
in accordance with the state enterprise
privatization plan.
