摘要：In 2006, the National Bank of Ukraine was pursuing the monetary policy with the use of appropriate
mechanisms and instruments and it was aimed at achievement of the goals and tasks determined
by the Monetary Policy Guidelines for 2006, taking the monetary actions adequate to the
processes that were going on at the macroeconomic level and in the fiscal sphere. In 2006, the stability
in the money and credit market, as well as the trust in the national monetary unit and the banking
system were ensured.
