摘要：At the end of 2005, Statistics Finland¡¯s personnel
numbered 1,097, of whom 221 were statistical interviewers.
Staff-years totalled 932, of which interviewers
accounted for 122. Sixty per cent of the personnel
were women, and 67 per cent held a lowest
level tertiary or university qualifi cation.
Exclusive of the interviewers, the size of the personnel
increased by 2.5 per cent from the year before.
The exit turnover of personnel was 1.5 per cent, or
the same as in the previous year. The average length
of service remained unchanged at 16 years.
The average age of the personnel exclusive of interviewers
was 46 at the end of the year under review.
