摘要：Development can only be sustainable when the poor are its principal beneficiaries.
Improving the lives of poor people is therefore the fundamental challenge for the international
community. It is both morally right and is also in the enlightened self-interest of
those with more wealth and power. Simply put, a more just world will also be a more
stable and peaceful world.
