摘要：Responding more effectively to major global challenges requires closer cooperation among
United Nations agencies. The United Nations reform process, which sets the stage for
greater coherence within the system, will be discussed in chapter 3. Meanwhile, UNIDO
has taken steps to join forces with other United Nations agencies as well as actors
outside the United Nations system, in order to increase the impact of development
assistance.
