摘要：ESBG Consultancy finalises a project for Postbank, a member of the South African
Post Office (SAPO) group.
The study was commissioned to assist SAPO in designing an appropriate
regulatory framework to govern the activities of Postbank as it establishes
itself as a distinct corporate entity and consequently enters into the arena
of regulated financial institutions. We asked Ms. Totsie Memela-Khambula,
Managing Director of Postbank why she commissioned the study.
