摘要：Arrears of revenue. At 31.12.2005, the arrears of revenue of the District Courts amounted to
￡7.868.235, compared to ￡7.387.509 for the previous year. I pointed out that the arrears of
revenue for criminal cases were increased considerably during the last eight years.
Writs for the execution of movable property, for criminal cases of legal persons (J23).
According to the investigation which was carried out by the Assistant Chief Registrar at
31.12.2002, there were 5086 writs for movable property, for criminal cases, for the total amount
of ￡11.524.591. There are serious difficulties for their execution by the Police, resulting to their
accumulation.
