摘要：There were no big festivities organised on 1 August 2005 to celebrate the
30th anniversary of the Helsinki Process and at the same time of the Organisation
for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), which now has 55
members. No summits have been held since the OSCE’s 1999 Istanbul Summit,
some of the decisions of which have not been implemented so far.
