摘要：The article presents a theoretical discussion in the contemporary scene on the virtual communities; it analyzes their strategies, operations, characteristics, seduction and emergency in the cyberspace. it verifies in a special way about thousands of people meet and they link in the site Orkut, accelerating the process of digitization of the daily life and of the existent relationships. The text emphasizes that this experience crosses the geographical and temporary barriers and it concludes that the virtual communities constitute different modalities of relationships on this millennium.
