摘要:Buoyed by high oil prices and intensifying global trade
linkages, the Arab world is enjoying spectacular rates of
growth for the fourth year in a row. Initial reform efforts
over the past few decades have contributed to this
remarkable result, but the region is still far from realizing
its full growth potential. In a global economy characterized
by an ever-faster integration of markets¡ªand with
it, a more pronounced division of labor¡ªsustaining the
current momentum of growth in the region will require
an acceleration of economic reforms.
