摘要:The financial crisis is having repercussions on the world economy; by causing a
fall in wealth and in the supply of credit and a deterioration in consumer and
business confidence, it is generating a contraction in output in the advanced
economies, accompanied by large job losses, and a sharp slowdown in emerging
economies, which are also being affected by an appreciable reduction in
international capital inflows. World trade is falling considerably for the first time in a quarter of a
century, partly as a reflection of a reduction in the availability of trade credit.
