摘要：By using Tetralogie software for network mapping, we make a visual analysis of a real network, as
well as the statistical measurement of key properties of networks such as average path length or
centralization. Network visualization and the use of graph theoretic properties allow a global and
dynamic vision of a major sector of the pharmaceutical industry. The comprehension at all times of
this macroscopic environment and the dynamic analysis, in this environment, of firms position,
whether of major actors or new entrants, possible partners or competitors, should allow entrepreneurs
to adapt their strategy in order to control their firm position in the network through idiosyncratic
alliance patterns and thus influence the position of other actors in the network.
