摘要:Videokeratography can provide detailed information about the subtle shape of the corneal surface. The three-dimensional reconstruction is not reliable in many cases however this technique is used by ophthalmologic surgeons. We propose a new reconstruction methodology based on ascending-downward analysis. The ascending analysis provides reliable model of the cornea and the downward analysis refines the precedent model using directly data acquired by videokeratograph. The downward analysis deletes noise created by intermediate steps of ascending analysis. This new method makes relliable the measurement not only by limiting the strating assumptions but also by taking into account corneal three-dimensional properties during 3D reconstruction.
