摘要:The system of “competences market” set up within IUP Ingémédia allows various actors to
exchange competences and knowledge. Each of them can be either supplier or applicant for a
competence. All the validated exchanges between the actors are tracked and referenced, thus
authorizing their future exploitation to produce indicators. This paper is precisely about the data
processing involved in order to create for each student a personal assessment of competences.
This document, given to each student at the end of the courses, allows to characterize the level of
acquisition of each identified competence and to appreciate the management capacities of the
student. This analysis is made by modelling the interactions within the competences market
using social network analysis.
