摘要：This paper deals with the e-tutor control on the interactions occuring in a distance learning
system. Authors generally make a distinction between person-to-person interactions (peer-to-peer,
learner-to-e-tutor) and learners-contents interactions. The authors of this paper present their own
experience and give recommendations concerning e-tutor training with regard to competencies
required to control interactions efficiently in a distance learning system
