摘要：Distance learning situations involving Multi-Cultural aspects (work culture, language or
community with different backgrounds), Collaborative aspects (communication and work between
learners) and Synchronous aspects (distance communication between learners and tutors inside a same
temporal area) happen more and more frequently. In this paper, we present a typology of MCSS
variables which have an impact on e-learning situations regarding teaching/tutoring.
