摘要：Bulgaria is a small but strongly open economy, which in turn makes the performance
of the key macroeconomic indicators heavily dependent on external factors. For this
and other reasons, all forecasts given below draw on assumptions as to the development
of the external environment, as manifested by the dynamics of some major
exogenous variables. In addition. The assumptions have been prepared by the AEAF
experts and brought into line with the expectations of the international financial institutions
and foreign analysts8.
