摘要:As in previous years, we present in this volume our
annual review of the Canada-Asia relationship. However,
2001 was the year when .the world changed,. and
we have tried to look at the state of Canada-Asia relations
through the lens of a post.September 11 world. At
the same time, we have been careful to chart developments
in the region that pre-date September 11 and
which may be more important for our relationship with
Asian economies than the ongoing US-led war on terror.
