摘要：1.1 In this Discussion Paper (DP), we explain our concerns about transparency,
disclosure and conflicts of interest in the commercial insurance market and invite
views on these, and on possible options for addressing them.
1.2 Our aim is to identify how best to ensure that commercial insurance customers are
appropriately protected and that this market operates in an efficient, orderly and
fair manner.
