- 摘要：Karsten Gerkens, head of town planning with the City of Leipzig, shows the photo of a little girl dressed in a coat that is clearly much too big for her: ‘For us, urban development is about trying to adjust a coat that is very expensive but too big so that it can fi t a growing body’.
